All we ask is that you tell us why it wasn't right for you. It helps us improve our products.
This guarantee applies to products bought directly from our website, and is limited to one claim per customer. It doesn't apply to products purchased through other retailers or third party sellers for those, please contact the retailer you bought from directly.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your request being approved, and can take up to 7 working days after that to show in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with some photos. We'll send a replacement or refund you straight away, no fuss.
Return Shipping
- If we made a mistake or your item is faulty, we'll cover the return postage.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- International customers should mark return parcels clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs fees.
