Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday - Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm will usually be processed the next working day.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

International Deliveries

All international orders are shipped via tracked service for reliability.
Please note that any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer when the parcel arrives in your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot mark packages as “gifts” or alter customs values.

Delivery Delays

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a little extra time, as postal services can vary between countries.
