Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your Oltra order - and if you’re not, we’ll make it right.
Easy Returns
You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Simply get in touch via our Contact Us page, and we’ll guide you through the quick return process.
Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Once received, refunds are processed within 5 working days and can take up to 7working days after this to show in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with some photos.
We’ll send a replacement or refund you straight away no fuss.
Return Shipping
- If we made a mistake or your item is faulty, we’ll cover the return postage.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- International customers should mark return parcels clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees.
